How do I add products to my cart?
Browse our range of products, some of which are available for purchase online. Once you have found an item to purchase simply click ‘ADD TO CART’. You can then continue shopping, view your cart using the ‘VIEW CART’ button that will appear once you add the item to your cart, you can also use the icon in the header of the website.
How do I view my Cart?
Once you have finished browsing and have added the items you wish to purchase to your cart, a ‘CART’ option will appear on the top right hand side of the website header section. Click the CART button located in the header at the top of the website on any page to be taken to your CART.
Can I checkout as a guest or do I need to register an account?
You can checkout as a guest or register an account at the point of checkout. If you would like to make purchases from Med-e-Health in future then creating an account will simplify your checkout process for future purchases. If you are an agent or distributor, then registering an account is mandatory in order to qualify for preferential pricing.
How do I complete checkout?
Once you are happy with your order, select CHECKOUT in the CART options. You will need to add some personal details including your billing information, shipping information and payment information. Please ensure this information is correct before proceeding to the payment page. If you are happy with the details you have provided and checked to make sure you are happy with the products in your cart, then select ‘PLACE ORDER’ to proceed to the payment option screen.
How do I pay for my order?
All retail customers will be directed to our payment gateway partner Payfast where they will be requested to add payment information in order to complete payment. Please note that we do not store card details. Once your payment has been confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided. Agents and distributors will have additional payment methods available once logged in to their account.
What payment options are available?
We provide a single payment option facilitated by our payment gateway partner – PayFast which is to pay in full immediately with any Visa or Mastercard. Please note your card will be debited once your payment method has been accepted at the time of transaction. You will be requested to enter an OTP or complete authentication during the payment process. We do not store card information.
Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed the order cannot be changed or cancelled. You may return an order once it has been received by following our Returns and/or Exchanges process. For further information and conditions please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
What currency options are available?
All prices online are displayed in South African Rands (ZAR) for all visitors. Please do note that all transactions are completed in South African Rands at the point of purchase. We do not currently ship or deliver to countries other than South Africa.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be rejected for a few reasons, please ensure you check the following prior to contacting us to ensure the information you have entered is correct. Please check the correct card number has been entered. Also check that you have entered the correct expiry date on the card and corresponding card security number. You also need to make sure that you have sufficient funds in the relevant account to make a purchase.
